PhD., Cofundador y Lider Mondragon Team Academy (MTA World) y Emprendedor Social ASHOKA Fellow, bajo el título Como hacer de Euskadi un referente mundial de Emprendimiento Social – Creando una sociedad Change Maker.

Professor at Mondragon University since 2004 lecturing in MBA and Global Business, working co-operatives, social entrepeneurship & CSR strategies masters. International researcher of MIK research centre. In June 2008 presented his PhD thesis Mondragon Multilocalisation strategy: Innovating a Human Centred Globalisation.

Speaker at several international conferences in India, Norway, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, USA, Saudi Arabia, China & Brazil, collaborate with different universities as CEIBS (Shanghai), DEUSTO Business School (Bilbao), Tecnologico de Monterrey (Mexico) or Harvard Business School (Boston).
